To withdraw your cashback:
Navigate to your cashback wallet.
Your cashback will be withdrawn into your default bank account.
Click on the “Withdraw Cashback” button to initiate the process.
You can also view your accumulated cashback by clicking on “Cashback History”.
We apologize for any delay in processing withdrawals. This could be due to a temporary downtime with our banking partners. Rest assured, your payment is being processed, and we are doing our best to complete it as quickly as possible.
You can find your Order ID in the transaction history on your LoadNG account.
Simply click on the particular transaction you have a complaint about and copy out the Order ID (it usually starts with UOT...).
If you're unable to locate it, please contact our support team with the transaction details, and we’ll assist you in retrieving it promptly.
Unfortunately, Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once processed on the blockchain. If you send Bitcoin to the wrong address, LoadNG is unable to retrieve or reverse the transaction.
We strongly advise that you double-check the wallet address before completing any transaction.
If you notice an error early enough, please contact our support team right away with full transaction details. While we may not guarantee recovery, we will guide you on the best possible steps.
If a transaction fails but your money has been deducted, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

Please contact our support team immediately.
Provide your Order ID and LoadNG username for faster tracking and resolution.
If possible, kindly attach a screenshot showing the deduction or any relevant transaction details to help us investigate quickly.
Once we receive your report, our team will promptly review the transaction and work towards resolving it.
If the funds are confirmed to be deducted but not processed, you can expect a refund or correction into your wallet or bank account, depending on the situation.
