It provides important information regarding your rights, obligations, and the limitations that may apply when using LoadNG by Cardify’s platform. By engaging with LoadNG by Cardify, you accept the terms listed below, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates to these terms. LoadNG by Cardify provides an open marketplace for users to sell Bitcoin and other digital assets, offering hosted digital wallet services and additional solutions as described herein. Please read this document carefully to understand your responsibilities and our policies.
Introduction to LoadNG by Cardify Terms and Conditions
This agreement is a legally binding document between LoadNG by Cardify (referred to as "we," "us," or "the company") and you, the user
("you"). It governs your use of LoadNG by Cardify's services, including the marketplace for selling Bitcoin, hosted wallets, and other
related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Introduction to LoadNG by Cardify Terms and Conditions
- Users must ensure they are aware of and comply with the latest terms and conditions.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use LoadNG by Cardify Services.
- Changes or updates to the LoadNG by Cardify website are subject to these terms.
Pricing and Transactions:
- Prices displayed on LoadNG by Cardify’s platform are estimates. The actual rate includes Bitcoin’s live price plus applicable fees at the time of transaction.
- LoadNG by Cardify reserves the right to deny or limit transactions and adjust order limits without notice.
Service Denial and Termination:
- LoadNG by Cardify may refuse services to any user at any time for any reason.
- Breach of these terms may result in the termination of access to LoadNG by Cardify Services.
Site Availability
- While LoadNG by Cardify strives to ensure uninterrupted service, it is not liable for temporary site unavailability due to technical issues beyond its control.
Terms and Conditions for Paxful Transactions
Rates
- LoadNG by Cardify does not control live rates on Paxful. The platform’s automated system determines the rate at the time of the transaction.
- Users must agree to sell Bitcoin at the rate shown when they press the "SEND" button on LoadNG by Cardify’s Bitcoin page.
Transaction Completion:
- Transactions pending for over 30 minutes will automatically be canceled.
- Users must ensure automatic redirection from Paxful to LoadNG by Cardify after completing a transaction. Failure to do so will result in cancellation after 30 minutes.
- If transactions remain pending for more than 20 minutes, users should contact support at [email protected].
Terms and Conditions for Blockchain/Other Wallet Transactions
Rates
- LoadNG by Cardify does not control live rates from Blockchain or other wallets. Rates are determined by the automated system.
Transaction Details:
- Users must send Bitcoin to the exact wallet address generated on the LoadNG by Cardify platform. Alterations to the wallet address may result in irretrievable loss, for which LoadNG by Cardify will not be liable.
- Users must complete transactions within the stipulated timeframe to avoid cancellation.
Supports:
- If transactions remain pending for more than 20 minutes, users should contact support at [email protected].
Terms and Conditions for Payouts
Payment Processing:
- Payments initiated by LoadNG by Cardify are processed through payment processors. Users must ensure they provide accurate banking details to facilitate payouts.
Unreceived Payments:
- If a payment is not received, users must contact [email protected] and provide the session ID for the transaction to be traced.
Bank Account Details:
- Users are required to register with valid and accurate bank account details. LoadNG by Cardify is not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts provided by the user.
- If a user’s account cannot accommodate a payment due to deposit limits, the payment processor will reverse the transaction. Users must contact support to provide alternative account details.

- Users must only access LoadNG by Cardify services via the official platform (load.africa) to avoid scams.
